**Job Title:** Data Analyst and Project Coordinator

This role involves managing a patient registry project, working closely with stakeholders to develop informational materials for patients, families, and healthcare professionals, as well as overseeing related communication and dissemination activities internationally.

The successful candidate will also provide support to other relevant projects as required. **Salary:** £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

The ideal candidate will have excellent numerical and data analysis skills, as well as experience handling complex projects to deadlines. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and understand complex scientific and medical information is essential.

This is a full-time position available until December 2025.

  • Manage a coordinated and efficient registry service to stakeholders, including patient organisations and the pharmaceutical industry
  • Ensure accurate research, collation, and validation of data for inclusion into the database and reports/documents
  • Contribute to resource planning to ensure finances are managed efficiently
  • Curate registry data
  • Make registry statistics available through newsletters, websites, and printed materials
  • Analyse registry data to collect relevant information for healthcare and publish in suitable formats
  • Exploit registry data to provide statistical insights into issues such as standards of care
  • Respond to and manage enquiries into registry data, including costing, contracting, and delivery
  • Work with patient organisation stakeholders to develop content for websites and newsletters
