About the Position:

The Museum Operations Coordinator will play a vital role in maintaining the safety and security of the Nationalmuseums' visitors, staff, and collection. As a key member of the Visitor and Security Services team, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating operational procedures
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Maintaining a safe and secure environment

We are seeking an organized and motivated individual with a strong understanding of operational procedures and health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have:

  1. Coordinating and planning experience
  2. Health and safety knowledge and skills
  3. Customer service expertise
  4. Organizational skills
  5. Strong communication and problem-solving skills
