Facilities Management Leader

A high-profile role as Facilities Management Leader is available with a leading Logistics company based in the Midlands. As a key member of the senior management team, you will lead a team of four Facilities Managers and an Engineering Manager across four sites to maintain operational effectiveness and support business objectives.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with stakeholders to develop and implement effective facilities management and automation strategies.
- Overseeing the coordination and management of contractors and contracts to ensure efficient operations and minimize costs.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key partners and suppliers to ensure continuity of service and minimize unnecessary spend.
The ideal candidate will have extensive commercial experience in facilities and automation within either a Logistics or Manufacturing environment. You will need to have strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of successfully leading, inspiring, and motivating teams to achieve goals and objectives.
The salary package on offer includes:
£60k - £70k per annum, plus a £6k car allowance.
