About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves working within a community-based treatment setting to provide support to drug and alcohol users aged 18 and over. As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for managing roles and responsibilities, developing supportive relationships with supervisees and colleagues, and ensuring the delivery of client-centred treatment approaches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement SMART care plans and train staff in their delivery.
  • Experience of delivering structured interventions to service users and passing this knowledge onto direct reports.
  • Using motivational interviewing techniques in both 1:1 and group settings, and with direct reports.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with audit and CQC standards.
