Job Title: Clinical Nurse Specialist

Salary: £43,877 - £55,760 per annum (inclusive of NMC Pin and revalidation costs)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team in providing high-quality clinical assessment and treatment to substance dependent individuals. As part of our healthcare team, you will work closely with other professionals to deliver psychosocial and clinical interventions.

This role is ideal for nurses seeking to broaden their knowledge and understanding of caring for high-risk adults with complex needs. You will have the opportunity to develop new skills and contribute to the development of care plans tailored to each patient's needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide interventions and support for drug and alcohol users with complex needs as part of a recovery plan.
  • Liaise with other professionals and agencies in the planning and delivery of nursing care.
  • Promote the health and well-being of clients and maintain a safe, caring environment.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An RGN, RMN, or RNLD degree or advanced diploma.
  • Current UK Registration with the NMC.
  • Assessment skills and ability to treat service users with respect and dignity at all times.
  • Knowledge of medication rounds and safe storage/administration of medicines.
