Job Title: Technical Service Delivery Manager - Fleet Safety Systems Solutions
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Delivery Manager to join our team at VPss. As a Technical Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our clients, driving future demand, and maintaining high performance levels for service-related processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Take full accountability for service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demand
- Maintain high performance levels for service-related processes, and implement improvement activities wherever necessary
- Initiate, own, and drive relevant services related to large/multinational fleets, signature accounts to ensure customer satisfaction
- Validate correct functional of implemented use cases, identify additional customer requirements, and suggest new use cases
- Identify and establish strong relationships towards internal and external stakeholders, take ownership of critical incidents, and coordinate with resolution parties
- Ensure that systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service delivery, develop a deep understanding of customers and projects, and act as a point of communication and escalation
Requirements:
- Experience within the Telematics / Fleet Management Solutions or similar sector
- Strong leadership skills, ability to delegate project tasks, and use and continually develop leadership skills
- Ability to attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
Location: Near Birmingham, you will be required to be in the office 5 days a week
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (negotiable and flexible to the amount of experience you bring to the company)
