We require a part-time Purchase Ledger Assistant to work alongside another in our busy Fleet Office based in Tamworth.
**Roles and responsibilities;**
- Checking accuracy and validity of incoming invoices.
- Processing invoices for payment.
- Updating and answering queries from our suppliers.
- Updating internal computer systems.
- Be confident with various computer software and confident in learning new systems and most importantly have a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Have a good ability dealing with maths and numbers.
If successful, you will be joining a team who have won numerous manufacturer awards including Automotive Management Dealer of the Year winner and the prestigious Fleet News Fleet Dealer of year award three times.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week
**Salary**: £16,500.00 per year
