We are seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Johnsons Cars Ltd in Tamworth. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, scheduling work on customer vehicles, and promoting sales of genuine parts and accessories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by providing a knowledgeable, courteous, responsive, and efficient service.
  • Ensure all customer expectations and requirements are exceeded throughout.
  • Schedule work on customer vehicles, provide accurate estimates for servicing, repairs, and ensure customers are fully aware of the likely timescales and costs.
  • Promote sales of genuine parts and accessories whenever possible, acting on opportunities to sell additional products and services.

Requirements:

  • Take pride in your ability to maximise sales and profit opportunities while delivering exceptional levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
  • Be focused on achieving goals, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and be recognised as a self-motivated team player and target achiever.
  • Have good telephone and face-to-face customer communication.
  • Have experience working in a Service Advisor role within an automotive environment.
  • Hold a valid UK driving licence.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, process-driven aftersales environment and have strong organisation skills.
