Estimator Position at CGR Services
CGR Services is dedicated to excellence in project execution. We require an experienced Estimator to produce accurate cost estimates and coordinate the tender process.
About This Role:
- Develop and deliver accurate cost estimates for various projects
- Manage the tender process, ensuring timely submission of cost estimates
- Prepare pre-qualification documents and assist with client interactions
- Familiarize yourself with estimating software (training provided)
- Participate in post-tender negotiations and risk evaluation
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards
Requirements for Success:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in estimating, preferably in the roading and contracting industry
- Proficiency in estimating software (CCS Candy, CostX, or similar)
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience
- Essential personal traits include a focus on safety, strong work ethic, reliability, problem-solving skills, and teamwork abilities
