About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the financial aspects of our projects, including cost estimation, procurement, and contract negotiation
  • Collaborate with project managers, clients, and suppliers to ensure projects meet the required standards and deadlines
  • Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts, tracking project expenditures and variations
  • Conduct site visits to verify work progress and ensure alignment with project specifications
  • Prepare and submit interim valuations, final accounts, and financial reports
  • Provide commercial advice and assist with contract negotiations and dispute resolution
