**About the Role:**
Job Title: Assistant Academy Business ManagerWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail professional to join our team as an Assistant Academy Business Manager at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to play a key role in supporting the growth of our business, driving sales performance, and delivering exceptional customer service.
As an Assistant Academy Business Manager, you will be responsible for leading and engaging a team with our unique vision, meeting and exceeding targets, and driving team performance through motivation. You will collaborate closely with the Business Manager in supporting day-to-day operations, including determining sales targets and communicating with Retail Artists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Financial Results: Meet targets and key performance indicators by implementing strategies to increase sales revenue and drive business growth.
- Sales Target Setting: Collaborate with the Business Manager to determine sales targets and communicate these to the Retail Artists.
- Talent Development: Implement individual and team development plans, conducting regular reviews to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Culture and Standards: Create a positive team culture, maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure high levels of cleanliness throughout the store.
- Commercial Success: Propose plans and events to unlock commercial success and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
- Work Schedule: Work 5 days on a shift basis, including early and late shifts, to meet the needs of the business.
About You:
- Retail management experience is essential, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and developing high-performing teams.
- You must have a genuine passion for the beauty industry and a strong understanding of our brand values.
- Commercial acumen is critical, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business results.
- People management experience is also required, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
- Strategic planning experience would be beneficial, with the ability to think critically and develop effective plans to achieve business objectives.
