The Opportunity:
Our tender business is a crucial go-to-market strategy for CSL Behring International. We are seeking a skilled Director Tender Operations (m/f/x) to lead our team and drive success in this area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective tender strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Lead a team of professionals in tender operations, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, marketing departments, and product development teams.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in tender operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
