We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Gatehouse Administrator. Based in Chesterfield, this role is critical to the success of our Transport operation and requires someone who is accurate and precise in their work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ingating and outgating vehicles on site, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Dealing with drivers and other stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Liaising with the Operations Controllers to ensure that the Warehouse is prepared accordingly and bays are allocated for vehicles.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £24,008 per annum, plus a range of benefits including annual leave, pension scheme, life assurance, and wellness support.
