About the Service:

We are a residential service for 5 ladies with autism, providing a supportive and inclusive environment that enables them to lead fulfilling lives.

Job Description:

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing individualised support to each service user, promoting independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and meal preparation.
  • To engage service users in activities and hobbies that promote social interaction and community participation.
  • To maintain accurate records of service user's progress and any concerns or issues raised.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 months' experience in care or support work.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including sleep-ins, to meet the needs of the service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
