**Autism Support Worker - Bridge of Earn**
**We are looking for you to be an ambassador for the support and care of individuals with autism.**
We understand that people with autism may see, experience and understand the world around them in a different way to people without autism. We gain an understanding of each person, enabling us to know how we must change in order to communicate successfully and to provide the best support for them.
We know that everyone is an individual and autism affects each person differently. This is exactly why we have separate personal plans for each person we support. No two plans are the same. Our residents can be wheelchair users or needing full support because behavioural issues, it really does vary.
You will be responsible for providing care for 10 individuals within the Bridge of Earn. Throughout your shifts you will always be getting up to fun activities whether that’s going on a scenic walks and cycles or going to the disco. When the weather isn’t the best, you will fill the day by playing games and watching movies. If you are looking for somewhere that no day will be the same, then this is job for you Along with this you will also help with prompting our individuals with daily tasks, including personal care, household tasks but the main thing is really the social support aspect.
You will be working 3x 12 hour shifts each week. This will be on a 1 weekend on and 1 weekend off basis. There is also the opportunity to pick up more each week. With this rota we normally like to get it ready 3-4 weeks in advance, so it gives you time to plan your days off.
Pay: £13.00-£13.50 per hour

**Experience**:
