An experienced care professional is sought to join the night care team at Broadmeadow Registered Care Centre in Folkestone. This role offers a challenging opportunity for personal and professional growth, with a focus on delivering exceptional care and support to service users.
About the Role:- The successful candidate will possess a strong background in health and social care, with experience in managing and administering medication.
- They will be confident in leading a team and providing supervision and support to staff.
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, the ideal candidate will also have knowledge of CQC and how the inspection process influences our practice.
The annual salary for this post is £25,127, based on full-time hours of 37 per week, with performance-related progression up to £26,383. The role includes additional enhancements for nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
Broadmeadow Registered Care Centre provides short-term placements for adults, assisting individuals to regain their independence and meet their aims and objectives. We offer support to those living with dementia, other cognitive issues, or physical care and rehabilitation needs in our 48-bed setting.
