Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Night Concierge to join our team at Sanctuary Supported Living. This role involves being the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service, and ensuring the security of our premises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and directing customer queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Developing positive relationships with customers to help them develop life skills
  • Handling emergency and challenging situations effectively
  • Organising social activities and ensuring an excellent service is provided
  • Maintaining health and safety standards, including fire safety checks
  • Ensuring the security of the premises
  • Writing and updating customer notes
Requirements
  • Experience working with vulnerable adults or young people
  • Ability to work under challenging circumstances
  • Confident use of IT systems
  • Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle
