Concierge Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing exceptional customer service and responding to resident queries in a timely and professional manner
• Developing strong relationships with residents, promoting their independence, and supporting their personal growth
• Maintaining accurate records, updating customer notes, and contributing to the overall security and safety of the facility
• Lone working for the majority of the shift requires strong self-motivation and decision-making skills

Requirements:

• Previous experience of working with vulnerable adults or young people, particularly those with mental health needs or substance misuse
• Ability to use IT systems confidently and effectively
• Driving license and access to a vehicle is essential for this role
