About the Role

American Express Global Business Travel is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Insights Analyst to join our Analytics team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business decisions through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic analysis to support the growth of our marketplace
  • Influence partners and senior leaders through data storytelling
  • Design and build analysis and models to prioritize customer touchpoints
  • Support operational reporting and day-to-day needs
  • Identify and drive operational improvements

Requirements

  • Relevant degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or physical sciences
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Tableau
  • 5+ years of experience in a relevant business environment
  • Excellent communication and data presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
