About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team at Harnham. As a Senior Marketing Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering actionable insights across various marketing channels, driving business growth, and informing strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to optimize channel performance and revenue growth
  • Analyze and interpret results of testing and optimization experiments, providing data-driven recommendations to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement marketing measurement frameworks, ensuring accurate tracking and analysis of key performance indicators
  • Design and develop data visualizations using Tableau to communicate insights and trends to stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing analytics, applying knowledge to drive business growth and improvement
Requirements
  • Proven experience in marketing analytics, with a strong background in data analysis and interpretation
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R, with experience in working with large datasets
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation, including design and analysis of experiments
  • Strong understanding of marketing measurement frameworks, including LTV, Acquisition, Churn, and ROI
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to stakeholders
What We Offer
