The business is growing rapidly, with exciting plans to expand across multiple international geographies. As a result, they require a highly experienced and skilled HR professional to join their team as a Head of Global People and Culture.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and talented HR professional to take on a leadership role in a dynamic and fast-paced business. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering strategic people strategies to support the organisation's vision and long-term growth strategy. They will work closely with the C-suite and management population to ensure that the people agenda is aligned with the business goals.

About the Job: As a Head of Global People and Culture, you will be responsible for developing and delivering strategic people strategies to support the organisation's vision and long-term growth strategy. You will work closely with the C-suite and management population to ensure that the people agenda is aligned with the business goals. You will also be responsible for talent acquisition, workforce planning, ED&I, HR operations, and engagement for a small but growing London-based team and expatriate workforce.

The ideal candidate will have a true generalist mindset, able to think strategically and commercially in a small dynamic business with an international remit. They will also be solution-focused, flexible in their style, and support the entrepreneurial ethos of the business.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver strategic people strategies to support the organisation's vision and long-term growth strategy.
Work closely with the C-suite and management population to ensure that the people agenda is aligned with the business goals.
Talent acquisition, workforce planning, ED&I, HR operations, and engagement for a small but growing London-based team and expatriate workforce.
