Red Recruitment is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our client, a thriving established insurance broker based in Gravesend. As an HR Advisor, you will be working within a small team assisting the HR Manager with all HR-related tasks and responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the HR Manager and comms team in developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
- Create and maintain an employer brand that showcases our company culture and values, supporting the recruitment team in achieving key goals.
- Provide HR support to the wider business, addressing HR issues, challenges, and everyday matters in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze HR data and insights using HR information systems to inform business decisions and drive improvement.
- Collaborate with the management team to monitor colleague experience, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Previous HR experience, including HR Administration and Recruitment, is essential.
- Proven experience in dealing with investigations and disciplinaries is required.
- Strong IT skills and proficiency in HR software are necessary.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with colleagues at all levels.
- HR qualification is preferred but not essential.
- A competitive salary of up to £35,000 per annum.
