Red Recruitment is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our client, a thriving insurance broker based in Gravesend. As an HR Advisor, you will work closely with the HR Manager to assist with all HR-related tasks and responsibilities. Previous experience in HR is essential for this role.

The salary for this position is up to £35,000 per annum, and it is a full-time, hybrid position. You will be working within a small team, assisting the HR Manager with tasks such as employee engagement initiatives, creating an employer brand, and using HR information systems to gather people data and insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the HR Manager and comms team on employee engagement initiatives
  • Creating an employer brand and assisting the recruitment team to achieve key goals
  • Assisting the wider business with HR issues, challenges, and everyday matters
  • Using HR information systems to gather people data and insights
  • Working with the management team to monitor overall colleague experience, identifying areas of improvement

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Previous HR experience, including HR Administration and Recruitment, is required
  • Experience dealing with investigations and disciplinaries
  • Being IT literate is essential for this role
  • Open, confident, and passionate personality who can work with colleagues of all levels
  • HR Qualification is preferred but not essential
