HR Advisor

Red Recruitment is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our client, a thriving established insurance broker based in Gravesend.
The successful candidate will work within a small team, assisting the HR Manager with all HR-related tasks and responsibilities. Previous experience in HR is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the HR Manager and comms team in employee engagement initiatives
- Create an employer brand and support the recruitment team to achieve key goals
- Provide HR support to the wider business, addressing issues, challenges, and everyday matters
- Utilize HR information systems to gather people data and insights
- Collaborate with the management team to monitor colleague experience, identifying areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Previous HR experience, including HR Administration and Recruitment
- Experience dealing with investigations and disciplinaries
- Proficiency in IT is essential for this role
- A confident, passionate, and open personality, able to work with colleagues at all levels
- HR Qualification is preferred but not essential
Benefits and Package:
- Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum
- Hours: Monday - Friday, full-time
- Contract Type: Permanent
- Location: Gravesend (flexible hybrid working available)
- This role is hybrid; occasional travel to other offices may be required
