HR Advisor Job Description

Red Recruitment is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our client, a thriving established insurance broker based in Gravesend.

The successful candidate will work within a small team, assisting the HR Manager with all HR-related tasks and responsibilities. Previous experience in HR is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HR Manager and comms team in employee engagement initiatives
  • Create an employer brand and support the recruitment team to achieve key goals
  • Provide HR support to the wider business, addressing issues, challenges, and everyday matters
  • Utilize HR information systems to gather people data and insights
  • Collaborate with the management team to monitor colleague experience, identifying areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Previous HR experience, including HR Administration and Recruitment
  • Experience dealing with investigations and disciplinaries
  • Proficiency in IT is essential for this role
  • A confident, passionate, and open personality, able to work with colleagues at all levels
  • HR Qualification is preferred but not essential

Benefits and Package:

  • Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, full-time
  • Contract Type: Permanent
  • Location: Gravesend (flexible hybrid working available)
  • This role is hybrid; occasional travel to other offices may be required
