**About**

Goldex Investments Ltd is a fast growing organisation with multiple diverse brands. These include: Goldex Sales and Lettings, Goldeggs Properties, Goldex Marrakech, Workspace by Goldex, Goldex Coastal Breaks, Goldex Gym, Costa Coffee and Kaspa’s Desserts.

This is an exciting opportunity, to oversee all employees in the company, as well as delivering change management projects.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

**Operations**
- Producing monthly statistics for HR metrics including staff retention/turnover, recruitment spend, absence, manager/assistant manager vacancies and exit survey feed back for the Head of Operations
- First stage interviews for in store roles in order to aid with recruitment efforts (dependant on business needs)
- Monthly Operations-to-HR Diversion meeting and action plan
- Managing the Indeed account

**ER and Advisory**
- Implementing HR processes companywide including absence management, lateness management, welfare and performance management
- Point of contact for HR related queries, coaching managers to perform informal meetings appropriately
- Assisting in redundancy process
- Creating performance management templates based on individual needs
- Managing the maternity process
- Keeping up to date case management tracker

**Payroll**
- Supporting payroll with on-boarding documents including right to work and Visa expiry checks
- Preparing letters for Payroll updates (pay, bonus) and non-eligible employees for statutory payments (maternity, paternity, ssp)

**Learning and Development**
- Updating and distributing training checklists
- Creating guides for progression planning
- Performing HR induction with new Store Managers, introducing them to the in store HR folder
