Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Team Leader to join our team at Sports Bar & Grill. As a Kitchen Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of kitchen staff, ensuring that high standards of food quality and service are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of kitchen staff, providing coaching, mentoring, and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional food quality and service.
  • Develop and implement effective kitchen procedures and systems to ensure that food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
  • Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor costs to ensure that they are within budget.
  • Ensure that all kitchen staff are trained and competent in their roles, and that they are aware of and adhere to all relevant health and safety procedures.
  • Work closely with the restaurant management team to ensure that the kitchen is running smoothly and efficiently, and that customer satisfaction is consistently high.
