Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Kitchen Team Leader to join our team at Stonegate Group. As a Kitchen Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting, coaching, and mentoring your team to deliver exceptional food service experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of food service strategies to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff to achieve high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and excellent customer experiences
  • Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor expenses to optimize profitability
  • Stay up-to-date with food trends, menu development, and culinary best practices to maintain a competitive edge
