Lead the Charge at Gourmet Burger Kitchen

We're on the lookout for a charismatic and motivated Team Leader to join our crew at Gourmet Burger Kitchen in Brunswick. If you're a natural leader with a passion for food and a knack for bringing out the best in people, this could be the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Team: Support the management team by leading and motivating your colleagues to deliver exceptional service and keep our customers coming back for more.
  • Be Hands-On: Get stuck in with everything from serving customers to assisting in the kitchen—show your team how it's done.
  • Maintain High Standards: Ensure that every aspect of service meets Gourmet Burger Kitchen's high standards, from the quality of the food to the cleanliness of the restaurant.
  • Support Operations: Help with the day-to-day running of the restaurant, including managing shifts, keeping an eye on stock, and ensuring everything is running smoothly.
  • Customer Focus: Ensure every customer has a fantastic experience, resolving any issues quickly and with a smile.

  • Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are even more important.
