Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the kitchen area clean, organised, and safe by following food hygiene and safety regulations.
  • Stock Management: Monitor and manage kitchen stock levels, ensuring we're always ready for service.
  • Quality Assurance: Help ensure that every dish leaving the kitchen meets our high standards for taste, presentation, and consistency.

Requirements:


  • Experience: Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role is a plus, but a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn are essential.
  • Attention to Detail: You take pride in your work and have a keen eye for ensuring everything is done to perfection.
  • Speed and Efficiency: You can work quickly and efficiently under pressure, without compromising on quality.
  • Team Spirit: You're a team player who enjoys working with others to achieve the best results.
  • Commitment to Cleanliness: A good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices, with a dedication to keeping your workspace clean and organised.
