Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Mandarin speaking Treasury Associate to join our team at People First (Recruitment) Ltd. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Treasury Department in the UK.
Key Responsibilities- Provide fluent Mandarin and English language support for Treasury and Markets operations
- Assist with Regulatory Transaction Reporting and other duties as a member of the Banks' Operations Department
- Collaborate with teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions
- Develop and maintain a good working knowledge of transaction processing, including FX Netting, Regulatory Reporting, and Nostro Management
- Contribute to the reconciliation of monthly products and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Fluent level of Mandarin and English in speaking and writing
- Treasury and Markets experience, with a good understanding of transaction processing and regulatory reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients
