**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Breconshire War Memorial Hospital in Brecon.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, supporting trained nurses in delivering direct care, and working collaboratively with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.

To be considered for this role, you must have at least 6 months recent and relevant experience, proof of immunisations for TB, Hepatitis B, Varicella, and MMR, up-to-date training certificates, and be a UK Resident with the right to work in the UK.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Providing therapeutic care and support to patients
  • Observing, monitoring, and keeping a record of patient conditions
  • Working collaboratively with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals
  • Supporting trained nurses in delivering direct care
