Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team on King George V Ward at North Devon District Hospital. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our emergency surgical assessment unit.
About the RoleAs a Registered Nurse in this position, you will be responsible for assessing and caring for patients with a range of conditions, including colorectal, urology, and gynaecology. You will work closely with our experienced and supportive team to deliver excellent patient care and contribute to the development of our ward.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and care for patients with a range of conditions, including colorectal, urology, and gynaecology
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care
- Contribute to the development of our ward and the emergency surgical assessment unit
- Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and develop your skills and knowledge
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A current and valid NMC registration
- Previous experience in a similar role or a willingness to learn and develop your skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
