Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team on King George V Ward at North Devon District Hospital. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our emergency surgical assessment unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients with colorectal, urology, and gynaecology conditions, including early pregnancy complications.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent patient outcomes.
- Participate in the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring individualized and evidence-based practice.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and efficient working environment, adhering to trust policies and procedures.
- Engage in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and advancements in the field.
Requirements:
- Current and valid NMC registration.
- Previous experience in assessment units, preferably in gynaecology.
- Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays as necessary.
