Site Manager for New Builds

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager for New Builds to lead our team at our new site in Wingham, Kent. This exciting opportunity offers a chance to work on a brand-new site, building high-quality homes for sale in a charming village.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring timely and within-budget project completion
  • Managing site operations, including material and labour management
  • Maintaining health and safety standards
  • Delivering high-quality customer service

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in residential new build projects
  • Strong leadership, motivational, communication, and conflict management skills
  • Ability to produce build programmes and plans
  • Excellent knowledge of construction buildability solutions
  • Relevant construction-related degree (desirable)
  • SMSTS and First Aid at Work certification
  • A Valid CSCS card

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 per annum, plus benefits including:
