About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of Amazon Shipping in the EU. As a Senior Programme Manager, you will have the chance to develop and implement operational program plans that align with the company's long-term vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational program plans that align with the company's long-term vision and goals.
  • Support the launch of Amazon Shipping in new countries and new market segments both internal and external from an E2E operations perspective.
About You

You will be a natural self-starter who is able to drive and manage the implementation of creative, data-driven change in Amazon. With a responsibility extending beyond process improvements, you could also contribute to improving other areas of the business, like diversity, equity, and inclusion.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor's degree
Experience: Experience in program or project management
Skills: Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements, experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
Experience: Experience leading process improvements
