Global EU Business Development Lead

The Global EU Business Development Lead will be responsible for leading the UK/EU-based MDR team to achieve high productivity and performance. The successful candidate will build and manage pipelines for the European market, overseeing the Outbound program for the EU team.
This role involves crafting and testing messaging and best practices through the lead's own outreach and activating those across the team. They will work closely with the Director of Market Development to act as the primary coach for the EU MDR team, identifying areas for skill development and creating actionable solutions.
The Global EU Business Development Lead will also develop strategies to penetrate the EU market, scale programs, and drive revenue. Key responsibilities include consistently achieving personal and team targeted monthly pipeline quotas and outbound generation goals, ensuring the EU MDR team performs with high-activity levels and high conversion from lead-to-opportunity, and tracking and reporting on key KPIs indicating health of EU MDR team and pipeline.
This position requires strong knowledge of martech tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, Sales Navigator, Demandbase, ZoomInfo, Enable, etc. and experience using ABM tactics and best sales practices. Multilingual skills are an advantage but not a requirement (German, Italian, French, Dutch, Spanish). Occasional domestic and international travel is required for department meetings, all company events, in-person seminars/networking events, etc.
