We are seeking a highly motivated EU Business Growth Manager to join our team in Italy. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth and customer satisfaction through strategic brand partnerships.

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately €70,000 - €100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

As a EU Business Growth Manager, you will be responsible for structuring and implementing short- and long-term strategies to drive brand growth and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with brands to identify opportunities and provide recommendations to improve overall business performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Core Service: Identify EU industry opportunities and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  • Promotion & Funding: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote new products and increase traffic.
  • Selection & IDQ: Manage the launch of new products and improve discoverability.

Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent experience required. Fluency in Italian and English (minimum C1 level) essential.
