  2. Work closely with customers to ensure timely payment.
  3. Perform daily bank reconciliation and cash allocation.
  4. Update customer records, conduct credit checks and reviews.
  5. Establish new accounts and assess their creditworthiness.
  6. Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures.
  7. Foster strong relationships with internal departments to provide excellent customer service.
  8. Meet key performance indicators and deadlines.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in an AR/Credit department.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure.
