About the Role:

  • As our ideal candidate, you will be responsible for daily reconciliation of the Office Account, managing various journals as directed by Head of Accounts and performing weekly purchase ledger supplier payments
  • You will also raise queries with internal and external clients, prepare adhoc financial reports (forecasting and spend) and post and code supplier invoices to relevant nominal / departmental codes
  • In addition, you will take credit card payments, file invoices and match credit notes

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience within a similar role would be beneficial
  • You must be resilient and able to work well under pressure, demonstrate reliability, organisation and ability to work as part of a team
  • A strong attention to detail and good numeracy and IT skills are essential
