In this dynamic role, you will work under the guidance of our Executive Head Chef and Head Chef, learning the art of culinary excellence and contributing to the preparation, cooking, and presentation of high-quality dishes. You will also have the opportunity to work across various sections of the kitchen, including pastry, gaining a broad range of skills and knowledge.

We offer a competitive salary of £24,029.78 per annum, reflecting the value we place on our employees' hard work and dedication. Our kitchen team operates on a shift pattern, including early, late, and weekend shifts, with exact schedules to be confirmed.

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will also need to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and food safety, working effectively with our Section Chefs to achieve our goals.

We provide comprehensive training, including Food Safety Training, Health and Safety training, Manual Handling Training, COSHH Training, and Food Allergies Training. Upon completion of the apprenticeship, further opportunities may be available within the College, allowing you to progress your career in the culinary industry.
