About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at Finlake Resort & Spa.

Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes within your specialty
  • Manage and train commis working with you
  • Develop new dishes and menus
  • Ensure that food hygiene and health and safety standards are consistently met
  • Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins

A competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including:
