About the OpportunityWe are currently seeking a highly skilled Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at Finlake Resort & Spa.
Job ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:
- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes within your specialty
- Manage and train commis working with you
- Develop new dishes and menus
- Ensure that food hygiene and health and safety standards are consistently met
- Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
A competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including:
- Bonus scheme
- 30 days holiday (including Bank Holiday allowance) increasing up to 35 days with service (pro rata for part-time)
