At The Inn Collection Group, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional hospitality experiences in our country pubs and hotels across the North of England and Wales. We're now seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at The King's Head Inn in Newton under Roseberry.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a skilled chef to work in a busy kitchen environment, serving up delicious meals to our guests. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, ensuring that every meal meets our standards of excellence.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and a genuine passion for food, training, and quality service. They will be able to deliver exceptional food service, taking full responsibility for their section before, during, and after service.
Key responsibilities include preparing all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner, following recipes and presentation specifications, and maintaining a clean working station while adhering to health & safety standards.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as 50% off food in any of our Inns, £1 bed and breakfast in any of our Inns during January, February or March, and much more.
