Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Finlake Resort & Spa, a luxury holiday destination in the UK.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced chef to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our culinary operations.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with our talented team of chefs to create innovative menus and provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

About the Role
  • Prepare, cook and present dishes within your specialty, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Train and manage commis chefs, providing guidance and support to ensure their development and success.
  • Develop new menus and recipes, staying up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques.
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Monitor portion and waste control for profit margins, making recommendations for improvement where necessary.
What We Offer

As a Culinary Specialist at Finlake Resort & Spa, you can expect a competitive salary of £45,000 - 65,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including:
