Job Overview:

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and customer service.
  • Support the helpdesk team to improve job planning, communication, and scheduling processes.
  • Manage company information on third-party client portals and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate office supplies and ensure all equipment is functioning correctly.
  • Contribute to the implementation of efficient office processes and improve overall productivity.
Training and Development:

As an apprentice, you'll receive regular training and support to achieve your apprenticeship goals.

Salary and Benefits:

Estimated salary: £19,500 - £23,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
