Job Summary

We are seeking a highly strategic and data-driven Influencer Performance Manager to lead our influencer marketing efforts in the UK market. In this role, you will own and optimise our influencer performance channels, primarily focusing on Instagram and YouTube, while also exploring opportunities in emerging channels such as Podcasts. Your primary objective will be to drive profitable customer growth by leveraging innovative strategies, optimising campaigns for maximum impact, and ensuring a positive return on investment (ROI).

  • Manage influencer channels (Instagram, YouTube, and potentially Podcasts) for HelloFresh and Green Chef in the UK market, focusing on profitable growth.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies for customer acquisition and retention, ensuring a strong ROI.
  • Stay updated on market trends and customer insights to create effective, targeted campaigns.
  • Oversee influencer campaigns from start to finish, including talent selection, contract negotiation, and campaign activation.
  • Collaborate closely with the brand team to align content with campaign goals and audience engagement.
  • Support the brand team by providing expertise in creative briefing, talent recommendations, and contract negotiation.
  • Manage relationships with influencers, agencies, and internal teams, securing long-term collaborations.
  • Monitor and optimise partnerships and campaigns by tracking performance metrics and implementing improvements.
  • Use a data-driven approach to report on key performance metrics like CAC and ROI, offering insights for campaign optimisation.
  • Develop testing plans and propose new strategies to keep campaigns innovative and effective.
