Job Description: Recovery and Support Professional

Morgan Hunt UK Limited seeks a dedicated Recovery and Support Professional to join their team on a temporary basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has dealt with substance misuse issues and is hoping to advance in their career with an organisation that will help them further their personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Providing support to clients who are struggling with addiction and helping them develop strategies for recovery.
  2. Working closely with other professionals to ensure that clients receive comprehensive care and support.
  3. Developing and implementing programmes to promote social integration and community re-engagement among service users.
  4. Facilitating workshops and group sessions to educate service users about addiction and recovery.
  5. Collaborating with local communities to raise awareness about substance misuse and promote healthy lifestyles.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Degree in a relevant field such as social work, psychology, or public health.
  • Proven experience working in a related field, preferably in a leadership or management capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.

Estimated Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 per annum
