Main Duties:
  1. Support clients during initial programme phases and develop tailored recovery plans.
  2. Minimise harm caused by drugs and alcohol for clients and the broader community.
  3. Act as an advocate for partnership services, promoting effective collaboration.
  4. Assist service users in reintegrating into society, fostering self-determination, resilience, and recovery.
  5. Organise group sessions to provide structured education on various recovery stages.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
  1. A comprehensive knowledge of substance misuse issues or relevant work experience.
  2. A solid understanding of drug and alcohol services, interventions, and best practices.
  3. The capacity to successfully manage change while prioritising service users' interests.
  4. An awareness of information governance procedures and commitment to adhering to safety measures.

This role requires working in Ealing, London, with a regular schedule from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. We estimate the annual salary for this position to be approximately £38,000-£48,000, based on experience.
