About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Cygnet Hospital Ealing. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding care to our patients in a highly specialized eating disorder service.

Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Work collaboratively with the nursing team to maintain a safe and therapeutic environment.
  • Support patients in achieving their goals, enhancing their recovery journey.
  • Report any changes in patient condition to qualified staff, ensuring timely interventions.
About You

To succeed in this role, you should have experience as a HCA/Support Worker in a mental health setting, with a passion for delivering high-quality care. Your dedication to patient recovery, compassion, resilience, and commitment to empowering service user independence are essential qualities for this position.
