**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Nursing Team Support Worker to join our practice team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with our experienced healthcare professionals to deliver nursing services and provide care to entitled patient populations.

In this role, you will assist clinical staff with treatment, preventative care, health promotion, and patient education. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering care within the patient's scope of practice

  • Providing health promotion and patient education

**Salary:** £26,696 per year.
Estimated salary range: £24,000 - £30,000 per year.
