Youth Development Assistant

We are Joneshouse Recruitment Ltd, and we are seeking a Youth Development Assistant to join our Care Team. In this role, you will provide day-to-day care and support to our children, helping them build life-changing attachments.
Compensation and BenefitsThe successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from £23,500-£27,803 per year, with a sleep-in payment of £65/night for one weekly shift, adding up to £3,120/year. Our benefits package includes fully funded training, including NVQ3, mandatory courses, and a £500 bonus on completion of our Internal Diploma.
